|“||Watch out for the cloud-dwelling Zoos. They have two different attacks ready to drain your health.”|
|— Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards Official Strategy guide (BradyGames)|
Zoos is an enemy that only appears in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. Because of its cloud, Zoos is always in the air. This means that to defeat it is by jumping up to it before actually attacking. Zoos defends itself by zapping Kirby with a bolt of lightning or by dropping a heavy raindrop on him. If Kirby manages to inhale Zoos, he gets the Spark ability.
Zoos is a small pale yellow creature with black eyes and a three-pronged head that lives high up in a small dark thunder cloud. It has small, round ball-shaped hands that peek out from above its cloud.
|“||Some of the tougher enemies in the game, Zooses ride clouds, and they fire sparks and large raindrops, both of which can damage Kirby. Making matters worse, they fly higher than Kirby can jump and their clouds are invulnerable to attack. Destroying them takes skill and good timing.”|

Zoos' name is derived from the name of Zeus, a god in Ancient Greek mythology who was said to throw thunderbolts down from the sky.
Its Japanese name, パッチ (Pacchi), is derived from パチパチ (pachipachi), the onomatopoeia for an electric crackling sound.
- A pre-release screenshot of Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards shows that at least one Zoos was intended to appear in Stage 3 of Planet Popstar.
