Two Face is an enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby's Dream Land.

Physical Appearance

Two Face is a brown, octagonal shaped mask with an angry expression on his face. When disguised as part of the background, Two Face has a bored expression.

In Kirby Star Allies, Two Face is now pale and circular with red markings and an extra pair of fangs on the bottom lip for his angry face and blue markings and a sleepy expression for his fake face.

Games

Kirby's Dream Land

Two Face hangs on the walls in Castle Lololo and looks harmless until Kirby gets close. It then turns around to reveal its real, angry face, and chases Kirby. As it turns around, it reveals a tied bow on its back. Its Extra Game equivalent is Mr. P. Umpkin.

Kirby Star Allies

Two Face reappears in Kirby Star Allies, where it acts similarly to how it did in Kirby's Dream Land.

Etymology

Its name comes from the fact that it has two faces, one on its front, and one on its back.

Trivia

  • Two Face shares its name with a villain from the Batman franchise.
  • Two Face is the only enemy from Kirby's Dream Land to not reappear until Kirby Star Allies.
  • Out of all the enemies in the Kirby series, Two Face holds the record for the longest absence in the entire series by 26 years between its 1st appearance in Kirby's Dream Land and its reappearance in Kirby Star Allies.
  • Two Face shares a striking resemblance to the Phanto from Super Mario Bros. 2. It also behaves in a similar manner. Whether or not this is intentional is unknown.
