Training is a stage in Kirby Fighters 2.

General Information[]

Training is a long, flat arena based on the tutorial area in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. The ground is a rectangular prism with a flat wall serving as its backdrop. The entire stage has a blue and white checkerboard pattern. No hazards are present, making it an ideal location to hone one's skills or fight without interruption.

Unlike other stages, this area is used in the Training mode. Here, the player selects his/her character or Copy Ability and appears alongside two Kirbys with randomly-chosen abilities. They do not move or attack, and are meant to be used as training dummies. When KO'd, the Kirbys do not resurrect as Ghosts. To revive them, the player must reset the stage by pressing L and R simultaneously. The mode is endless and can be quit from the Pause Screen.

Trivia[]

  • Training's theme is a remixed medley of the tutorial theme from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, "Green Greens," and Ripple Star's map theme.
