Ticks are spike-like enemies that appear in Kirby's Dream Land 3, Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, Kirby: Canvas Curse, and Kirby's Return to Dream Land. Tick appears to be a cute, harmless monster at first. However, if Kirby gets above one, it will have an evil expression on his face, and extend the spike on its head to try to damage Kirby, acting somewhat in a similar way some Scarfys do when Kirby is facing the opposite side they are. They give the Needle ability when inhaled.
Appearance
Tick, in Kirby's Dream Land 3, has white skin, a black mouth, and a red needle, but in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards and Kirby: Canvas Curse, Tick has peachy skin and a red needle. In both games they appear to have shiny black eyes with white highlights.
