Is this really necessary?

We have a Food article. I undersand Invincibility Candy, Maxim Tomato, and a few others having their own articles, but this is pathetic. If anything, we should get rid of this and make an Onigiri article in its place. Anyone got anything? NerdyBoutKirby 20th Sig20 years. Pretty nifty. 16:39, September 29, 2012 (UTC)

That's what they did for cherries, but I don't really know how to answer this. I would say we should, but sometimes I wonder why some of these items don't get pages of their own. KSSU Waddle Dee spriteBestofkirbyKSSU Waddle Dee sprite 16:47, September 29, 2012 (UTC)

Although other articles can be used as a reference in these cases, please judge each article by its individual merits primarily. IMO In its current state, based on its array of varied sprites and the Snooter factoid for KatAM, I would suggest keeping it, although it can use some clean-up. To respond to the other topic raised, I can't think of anything particularly notable about the onigiri food item. Changtau2005

Well remember, this is a food item that appears in the anime, making it special. Onigiri didn't appear a single time in the anime.

To be honest, I don't really see a point in having any food articles except Maxim Tomato, Invincible and Jumbo Candy, and Food. NerdyBoutKirby Clu Clu Kirby 2 Wheeee 22:35, September 12, 2013 (UTC)

I say we add Meat to the Food page, as well as Onigiri. Judging from the comment above, if Meat does not a get its own page, then neither should Onigiri. This is just my own opinon, however. Meta Kirby52 Kake It's all mine! 20:40, September 13, 2013 (UTC)

I dunno. I don't really feel like doing anything about it at the moment. NerdyBoutKirby Clu Clu Kirby 2 Wheeee 23:05, September 13, 2013 (UTC)

Okay, so I was wrong, onigiri does appear in the anime. For all of a minute. Thowasg123 (talk) 14:41, February 8, 2014 (UTC)

Turkey

Hopefully I don't regret saying this, but I think Star Allies is the first Kirby game to include both types of meat: The one with a bone going through it (Kirby & The Amazing Mirror), and the usual chicken/turkey type (Kirby Super Star). Although I'm unsure about this because I saw the turkey variant for like, a split second in a video somewhere and I don't have the game to find out. AceFedora (talk) 06:20, August 7, 2018 (UTC)

Yes, I believe both are included. Using Cook's Friend Ability on Dedede or Coo will give the chicken/turkey meat (as one may expect). Iqskirby (talk) 07:13, August 7, 2018 (UTC)
