Early Design of Meta Knight

In this article, it says Masher could be an early design of Meta Knight. Do you guys mean that Meta Knight drew inspiration from this guy, or was somewhat of a "prototype" for Meta Knight, because that would be impossible because KDL2 came after KA. If that was what you guys meant, it should be deleted... 23:27, November 9, 2012 (UTC)

This article is topsy-turvy

Masher needs a major revision. I've found some flaws with it:

  • The artwork in the info box is not the most recent, and the most recent is in the Artwork section.
  • The article seems to treat Masher's anime appearance as his first role, then gives three sentences about his appearance in KDL2.
  • The article states that Masher could be a predecessor to Mace Knight, an enemy who appeared two years before Masher. That's impossible.

If the article were perfect, it would

  • Feature the anime art in the info box and the KDL2 art in the Artwork section.
  • Have its own specific section for Physical appearance, first describing his looks in KDL2 and then his new design in the anime.
  • Have a KDL2 section with more information about him. Y'know, where in the game he's frequently seen (Dark Castle is a location), his immunities, behavior, etc.
  • Have an In the Anime section describing his appearance in Monster Management (basically just copy-paste the text that exists already).

I have other tasks to look into, so I hope someone notices this and has the freetime to take care of it. NerdyBoutKirby Click here if you have respect for an NES/Famicom classic. Or if you're confused. Wheeee 21:40, July 16, 2013 (UTC)

Mega Masher?

We've been referring to the red Masher in KPR as Mega Masher for over a year, but I don't know where that name came from. Is it a Japanese translation that was excluded in Western media? Is it a fan name? I'd like to do some sleuthing on that.

Should we create a name for the purple form to separate it from the blue one? I'd recommend Mid Masher if we go that route. What do you guys think? NerdyBoutKirby "Hi-Jump Kuhby." You are who you choose to copy... 21:55, July 24, 2017 (UTC)

I don't know where we got "Mega Masher." As for it, since purple is Masher's color in the artwork, I call the blue one "Mini Masher" in contrast to "Mega Masher." Iqskirby (talk) 22:17, July 24, 2017 (UTC)
Good idea. NerdyBoutKirby "Hi-Jump Kuhby." You are who you choose to copy... 23:46, July 24, 2017 (UTC)
Agreed. Sounds like a plan. Meta Kirby52 Return of the Riderz Revenge. This won't be pretty. 14:07, July 25, 2017 (UTC)
