Elline and the People of the Sky

Elline is currently classified as a fairy. The People of the Sky have also been called 'Sky Fairies'. However, neither Elline or the People of the Sky look like these fairies. Are there three known types of fairy known in the Kirby universe? Should we add something about both in this page?

Any suggestions on what we should do here? Paul2 KSSU Walky.png Walky, at your service! 14:16, August 6, 2015 (UTC)

It is a little odd. To say they are fairies, it's rather surprising regarding their exclusion from this page; however, there could be reason not the conjoin them. "Fairy" here is meant to be an article regarding the 64 species as far as I'm concerned. We could put a redirect at the top of the page to alert viewers of the People of the Sky or Elline if that's what they are looking for. However, to say that Elline or the People of the Sky are fairies is something different. Elline follows the general definition of the "modern" fairy, being remotely humanoid and having wings; the People of the Sky (which I don't recall being called Sky Fairies in-game, so if they are, I'd like to have it confirmed), I can't find any wings on them in the pictures we have. Although, seeing as how diverse the definition of "fairy" is, they could potentially still be referred to as such. I think we should put a template redirecting readers to their pages, that or including a "See Also" section. IqskirbyIqskirby.pngHi there. 17:58, August 6, 2015 (UTC)

This was the template I was talking about, in case you didn't know.
Okay, I'll create the disambiguation page. Thanks for helping me decide! Paul2 KSSU Walky.png Walky, at your service! 17:13, August 7, 2015 (UTC)

RileyGronlundSuperMario message

I think the Fairies of Ripple Star should all be named, and have their own personality.

Green hair, red dress:  Cassandra (Music fan)

Yellow hair, cyan dress:  Brittany (Tends to be aloof, but sometimes plays sports.)

Purple hair, blue dress:  Valentine (Draws with her heart; she can be moody.)

Magenta hair, purple dress:  Valerie (Tends to pull pranks.  Pencil is her usual target, though she may sometimes target others.)

Brown hair, orange dress:  Chloe (Optimist)

Orange hair, blue dress:  Lunaluz (Imaginative, calm.)

Also, each has a family, such as a father, a mother, and/or a brother.RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 09:03, February 12, 2019 (UTC)

Uh, no. Those are fan made names, and you're making all these personalities/information up with pretty much zero evidence to back up anything you said. Meta Kirby52 Return of the Riderz Revenge. This won't be pretty. 17:36, February 12, 2019 (UTC)

Species Name

I was kind of thinking that the species should be called "Ripple Fairy", since they come from Ripple Star. For now, we will just keep the species name at "Fairy". Also, for species, I tend to place the name in the singular, so if these characters would be called "fairies" in this Wiki, I would name the article "Fairy", not "Fairies". If you guys disagree, tell me.RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 03:20, April 25, 2020 (UTC)

We use the name "fairies" because that's what they're called in the instruction booklet. The page is called "fairies" instead of "fairy" because they're generally referred to collectively instead of individually. Iqskirby (talk) 03:42, April 25, 2020 (UTC)
