Sub-Tree area is a jungle located beneath Dream Land. It is the first area traversed in The Great Cave Offensive and procedes Crystal Area.
Despite being a jungle, Sub-Tree has few jungle themed enemies. Enemies include Gator, Bronto Burt, and Sir Kibble. Sub-Tree also marks the first of Magical Sweeper's two appearances in Kirby Super Star Ultra, the other being during the last few levels of Revenge of Meta Knight. The boss of this area is Fatty Whale.
