Use a Kirby-series amiibo to build a statue in the Plaza that plays new music!
— In-game description • Kirby's Blowout Blast

A statue is an item in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby's Blowout Blast.

Physical Appearance

Statues are molded metal structures made of bronze, silver, or gold. Each one takes the form of a Kirby series character. Every statue sits atop a pedestal, which signifies importance.

Games

Kirby's Blowout Blast

Statues are used to decorate the Plaza, often the outer edges of the platform. They are only accessible if the player owns or uses other Kirby products, specifically amiibo. When Kirby enters the amiibo door, the player is prompted to tap a figure on the Touch Screen, which unlocks a statue based on the tapped amiibo. Statues change the background music as well.

If the player's Nintendo 3DS has StreetPass data for Kirby: Planet Robobot, Kirby receives the Robobot Armor and Susie statues.

Trivia

  • Despite specifying that the player should use a Kirby-series amiibo, the Super Smash Bros. series amiibo for Kirby, Meta Knight, and King Dedede can be used and behave identically.
  • If the player scans an amiibo that already has a statue, the music will simply change, with the game giving the player a message saying "This amiibo has already been used. Only the music will be changed."
    • Using an amiibo that is not compatible will read "This amiibo is not supported."
