Skyhigh (also known as the Wind Planet), is the sky star in Milky Way Wishes. It's considered by most to be the third planet, following Aquarius and preceding Hotbeat. Skyhigh is completely made of clouds, and has similar structures and plant life as Bubbly Clouds.
