Schwarz is a large enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby Mass Attack.

Physical Appearance

Schwarz is a large purple head with eight fangs, orange lips, and an orange ring around it.

Kirby Mass Attack

Schwarz appears exclusively in Stage 11 of Volcano Valley, in the outer space areas outside the Space Oohroo space station. It remains completely stationary and waits for the Kirbys to approach. The enemy generates a black hole around itself to pull the heroes in. Any that do not swim away are swallowed and spat out, instantly KO'd. If the Kirbys hold out for the duration of the attack, the black hole fades and Schwarz becomes vulnerable to attack. An attack from a large group of Kirbys or several attacks from a small group can defeat it.

Trivia

Schwarz's appearance and behavior is similar to Vacuumus.
Schwarz's name may be derived from the Schwarzschild radius, the radius to/beyond which a star must collapse in order to become a black hole.
