Sandwiches is a battle royale stage in Kirby's Dream Buffet.
General Information[]
Sandwiches is a stage that consists of multiple sandwiches placed on a rectangular wooden board. On said wooden board, many ingredients and condiments commonly used in sandwiches can be found, such as onions, tomatoes, peppers, pickles, cucumbers, salt, ketchup, and mustard. Slices of onion and cucumbers can be seen near the borders of the stage, acting as barriers. The sandwiches appear to be placed in full or cut into triangle shapes to serve as ramps that lead to other surfaces.
Sandwiches is a default stage that does not need to be unlocked to appear in battle royale matches.
Variants[]
The stage has three variants that can appear at random at the start of a battle royale match. Each variant has its own unique layout and placement of objects.

In this variant, the layout of the stage consists of two elevated sandwich platforms in the upper-middle section of the board connected by a bridge made of french fries. Each platform has a triangle-shaped sandwich that can be used as a ramp to access the elevated surfaces. Two sunny-side up eggs sit beside the sandwich platforms, which can be used as springs to propel the Kirbys upwards and reach the top of the sandwiches. After enough time has passed, the Server Hands will start to pluck the ramps, bridge, and the cucumber and tomato slices in the border of the board with the Dream Fork, leaving the previously mentioned eggs as the only means to reach the sandwich platforms. |

This variant of the stage has two sandwich platforms with two triangle-shaped sandwich ramps each located in the middle and upper-right corner of the board. Another triangle sandwich can be found near the upper-left corner of the stage that was cut in a way that allows the Kirbys to roll up or down from either side. Eventually, the Server Hands will start plucking the ramps and the vegetable slices in the border of the board. |

This variant hosts three sandwich platforms that sit in the middle, upper left corner, and upper right corner of the board. The sandwiches in the upper left corner and middle have two triangle-shaped sandwich platforms, while the one in the upper right corner only has one. Unlike the other variants, this one doesn't contain any tomato or cucumber slices that serve as barriers. After a period of time, the Server Hands will come down to pluck the sandwich ramps. |
