Games[]
Kirby and the Forgotten Land[]
Rare Stones can be used to evolve and upgrade Kirby's Copy Abilities or be traded for an unobtained Gotcha Capsule from the Trader Waddle Dee in Waddle Dee Town. The player can hold up to 999 Rare Stones.
Rare Stones can usually be found by completing Treasure Road stages, clearing a cup from the Colosseum, and being picked up within hidden areas of Isolated Isles: Forgo Dreams. Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee also gives the player two Rare Stones as part of the Evolved Ability tutorial, and another Rare Stone is hidden on the roof of his shop.
Trivia[]
- Upon entering Waddle Dee's Weapons Shop for the first time, Kirby cannot leave the store without evolving an ability. If the player does not have enough resources to do this, Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee comments that he prepared for this outcome, then provides two Rare Stones and 500 Star Coins.
- Rare stones resemble the crystal star from the It's Kirby Time book, The Gift of a Star.
