This ability, which first appears in Kirby: Planet Robobot, is based strongly on the character Ness. Ness originates from the game EarthBound; a game also developed by the developer of the Kirby series, HAL Laboratory. In Kirby: Planet Robobot, this is pointed out in the ability's flavor text: "This psychokinetic ability allows you to turn invisible and produce shocking electric fields, just like a certain boy with PSI." The ability itself allows Kirby to create and control balls of psychic energy, which can be moved independently around the screen, as well as the ability to disappear and teleport short distances.
Carrie
KEY Carrie
Carrie is the tenant in Apartment 202 in Dom Woole's apartment building in Quilty Square of Patch Land in Kirby's Epic Yarn. She offers a small collection of minigames where Kirby has to carry her to a certain location within a time limit, after Kirby decorates her room with the appropriate furniture obtained from the various Treasure chests in the game. Like all the other tenants, she sometimes visits Kirby in Kirby's Pad, and she offers a secret fabric after all his minigames and the main story has been completed.
Scarfy
KTD Scarfy transparent
Scarfy is one of the classic enemies, appearing ever since Kirby's Dream Land. Though at first glance Scarfy is cute and unassuming, it is known for its immunity to being inhaled, and promptly transforms into its (much uglier) cyclops form if Kirby tries to do so, and chases after him before exploding after a while. Both of Scarfy's forms are featured in the episode Dedede's Pet Threat of Kirby: Right Back at Ya!.
