— Instruction manual description • Kirby's Blowout Blast

The Plaza is a location in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby's Blowout Blast.

General Information

The Plaza is a large, rectangular platform in the Dream Land's sky. It has gold and cream-colored checker pattern. There is a short, crenellated wall and pillars lining its outer edges to prevent Kirby from walking off. Five red and gold rectangular carpets lie on the platform, and in the center is a circular base supporting another pillar.

The Plaza offers six Star Blocks and one large Star Block for Kirby to Inhale. A door with an amiibo logo appears at the left.

Establishments

There are two beneficial fixtures that appear in Plaza.

Warp Stars appear over each carpet; by jumping onto one, Kirby can fly off to a level and play. Each Warp Star is labeled with the corresponding level and shows the player his/her three highest scores on it, as well as the trophy he/she has earned. Blue Warp Stars take Kirby to EX levels, and a unique purple star leads to the Secret Path. If Kirby has not scored well enough to unlock these, an unusable gray star with a lock on it appears instead.

KBlBl Statues

By entering the door with the amiibo logo, the player is prompted to tap an amiibo figure from the Kirby series. Doing this causes a statue of the respective character to appear on one or more pedestals. These statues play music.
