| “ | Kirby gained the mysterious Mouthful Mode ability after he flew through that vortex... Now he can stuff an entire pipe into his mouth! Get a good forward roll going, and nothing can stop you... assuming you time your jumps over gaps well, that is.” |
| — Gotcha Capsule Description • Kirby and the Forgotten Land |
Pipe Mouth is a Mouthful Mode in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby and the Forgotten Land.
Overview[]
Kirby stretches over a large pipe and roll down a hill, crashing into a cracked wall which requires a sufficient amount of speed to destroy. He can immediately defeat any enemy that he steamrolls over in this form. At the end of the course, Kirby will usually run into a solid surface that flattens him before he tips over onto his back; this doesn't damage him, but it does leave him immobile until he spits out the pipe (which promptly shatters).
In two-player co-op, Bandana Waddle Dee runs on top of Pipe Mouth Kirby as he rolls.
