Pata is an enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby Super Star. In Kirby: Planet Robobot, it yields the Spark ability when inhaled.
Physical Appearance
Pata is a thin, flying projectile. Its design has changed in each game it has appeared in. It is a greenish disc with two white spikes and rounded blue fins in Kirby Super Star. It has larger spikes and more angular fins in Kirby Super Star Ultra. In Kirby: Planet Robobot, it has a more intricate center with purple spikes and cyan fins.

Pata appears inside Galactic Nova with Dacooga and Volm enemies. Pata flies around in groups with other Patas, attempts to rush at Kirby's Starship, then goes around to attack the hero from behind. Very rarely, a Pata can be found hovering in place, moving up and down slightly without directly attacking Kirby. The enemy explodes when hit with one shot.
Kirby: Planet Robobot
When Kirby enters Star Dream Soul OS Core, the Mother Computer's heart fires Patas, Dacoogas, and Volms. They explode on impact. This is the only game in the series in which Kirby can inhale Pata.
