Blinded by the power of the crown, the dragon attacked. Bring him back to the light!
— Quest Description • Team Kirby Clash Deluxe

Parallel Landia is a boss in the Kirby series, debuting in Team Kirby Clash Deluxe. He is an alternate version of Landia.

Physical Appearance

Parallel Landia looks identical to Landia except in color. He has a navy blue color scheme with yellow eyes, blue and yellow striped horns, and blue wings with golden claws and lighter blue membranes. The crown on his head is black with a red gemstone.

Identically to Landia, he gains red eyes and splits into four separate dragons on his second phase.

Games

Team Kirby Clash Deluxe

Parallel Landia is first fought in the Decisive Battlefield after being unlocked for 150 Gem Apples. He is an Ordeal boss in the Tougher category and must be defeated before the player can access The Final Battle.

Parallel Landia uses the same attacks as Landia, but they are more powerful. These moves include spitting fire, shooting shock waves, tail whipping, swooping at Team Kirby, and splitting into four dragons, among other techniques.

Trivia

  • The description of Parallel Landia's quest notes that he was corrupted by the Master Crown, much like Magolor was when he took control of it.
  • Perhaps in reference to the above corruption, Parallel Landia's color scheme takes a few cues from Magolor's default form, notably with the blue stripes on his horns.
  • While he is referenced as "Parallel Landia," unlike Parallel Susie, he does not come from a dimensional rift or mirror, instead having an identical entrance to Landia.
  • The music that plays during the battle against Parallel Landia is the same music when the Robobot Armor activates Halberd mode, called "Final Takeoff."
