Molemet is an enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby Mass Attack.

Molemet is a Mole wearing a spiky black helmet and brown goggles.

Kirby Mass Attack[]
Molemet appears exclusively in Stage 6 of Green Grounds. This enemy is one of Moley's minions. After defeating the first wave of Moles during Moley's battle, Molemets begin emerging from the walls. Molemets damage any Kirbys that touch them and cannot be defeated, so the player should avoid them.
Once the Moles have been exterminated, Moley himself begins appearing out of holes. Once more, the player must avoid Molemets as while aiming for the mid-boss.
Etymology[]
Its Japanese name, モグメット (Mogumetto), is a portmanteau of the Japanese name for Mole, モグモラ (Mogumora), referring to it as a variant of said enemy; and the Japanese word for helmet, メット/ヘルメット (metto/herumetto), referring to its spiky headgear.
