Miracle Fruits are shiny, red, drop-shaped fruits incased in a yellow spiral with orange spots on its bottom, as if for protection, and surrounded by a blue light. The yellow spiral is closed while the Miracle Fruit grows, and only pops open slightly once it is fully grown. When it pops open, it lets out light in all directions, slightly resembling water. On the top of a Miracle Fruit is several leaves that are connected to the vine it grows on. These vines are curved, twisted, and green with several leaves of varying sizes on them, and is about four times as tall as Kirby. Many other, smaller vines grow around the Miracle Fruit's, that each bend in different directions and also have leaves on them. These resemble bigger, yet still immature Miracle Fruit plants, as those appear as small, green objects with only four leaves on the top, only about half the size of Kirby. Immature Miracle Fruit plants gently move back and forth even before Kirby gets close, and when he does, it shakes dramatically and glows blue. While it grows to full size, it glows several colors.
