Meat is a food item in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby Super Star.

Physical Appearance

Meat has the appearance of a roasted chicken or shank meat on a bone.

Kirby Super Star and Kirby Super Star Ultra

Meat is a common food item in the game. It has no special healing value, healing the same as all the other common food items. In this game, it appears as roast chicken.

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, Kirby's Return to Dream Land, Kirby: Triple Deluxe, Kirby Fighters Deluxe, Kirby: Planet Robobot, Team Kirby Clash Deluxe, and Super Kirby Clash

Meat heals 35 HP when collected, making it the third best food item in the game, only behind the Energy Drink and the Maxim Tomato. In this game, it appears as roast chicken.

Kirby & The Amazing Mirror

Meat heals 3 vitality when collected, making it the second best food item in the game, only behind the Maxim Tomato, and ahead of the Energy Drink. In this game, it appears as sparerib.

Kirby: Canvas Curse

Meat is a food item in the Cart Run sub-game. In this game, it appears as sparerib.

Kirby: Squeak Squad

Meat heals most of Kirby's default vitality when collected, making it the second best food item in the game, only behind the Maxim Tomato, and ahead of the Energy Drink. Snooters can eat Meat if it is nearby them, although this does not heal the Snooter. Meat can also appear in a Food bubble. When combining a Meat bubble with a Cherry, Energy Drink, or another Meat bubble, they turn into a Maxim Tomato bubble; when combining an Energy Drink bubble with a Cherry or another Energy Drink bubble, they turn into a Meat bubble. In this game, it appears as sparerib.

Kirby Star Allies

Meat is a common food item in the game. It has no special healing value, healing the same as all the other common food items. In this game, it appears as roast chicken.

When using Cook to defeat enemies, Bronto Burt, Birdon, and Nruff drop Meat. When using the Cook Potluck or Supper Party Friend Ability, Birdon, King Dedede, and Coo drop Meat.

When using Adeleine & Ribbon's Al Fresco Friend Ability, Adeleine can produce a sparerib; it, along with other food produced from this Friend Ability, heals the same as all the other common food items.

Kirby Fighters 2

Meat is a common food item in the game. It has no special healing value, healing the same as all the other common food items. In this game, it appears as a sparerib or roast chicken.

In the Super Smash Bros. series

Meat appears as a food in the series, starting in Super Smash Bros. Melee. In Super Smash Bros. Melee, it heals 5%; in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it heals 12%, and in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, it heals 15%. In Super Smash Bros.
