The bottom screen of Kirby Card Swipe

In this game, four Kirbys compete in a reaction-based game; each Kirby is depicted as having a topknot, much like in Samurai Kirby. The touch screen has a number of cards face down and the top screen has two sliding doors that close at the beginning of each draw; the amount of cards on the touch screen ranges from two to eight cards. The cards on the bottom screen flip face up, revealing their images, and four cherry blossoms float by as a short melody plays; occasionally, the cherry blossoms are replaced with red and white origami shuriken and the melody is replaced with the Samurai Kirby melody. After a variable period of time, the doors on the top screen slide open, revealing a card; the goal is to touch the same card on the touch screen before the opponents do. The first player to win three cards wins the game.

Each player only gets one touch per draw; the player can touch as early as when the cards on the touch screen are revealed, but touching before the card on the top screen is revealed results in being out for the following round for touching too early; once the card on the top screen is revealed, the player can touch the touch screen without further penalty. Upon touching the card, a mark of the player's color briefly appears on the touch screen where it was touched. The icon of the player who touched the card first appears on the touch screen where the card was, and said card is won; the time it took for the player to win the card is displayed afterward. Upon missing the card or touching the wrong card, an X of the player's color briefly appears on the touch screen where it was touched; the X mark also appears in a tie, if multiple players touch the card at the same time, resulting in nobody getting a point and calling for a redo.

  • In the Korean version, the Kirbys wear the Fighter headgear instead of the topknot.
