Jumpershoot has two attacks - One is by spinning about with its top open and moving about the screen. Its second attack is kicking off its ''geta'', which will remain on the ground if it misses Kirby, and the only way Kirby can defeat it is by inhaling the sandal and performing the [[Star Spit]]. Because Jumpershoot randomly chooses between the two attacks and can take multiple hits, the fight, while not particularly difficult, can potentially last a very long time.

Jumpershoot is a mid-boss in Kirby's Dream Land 2 and Kirby's Dream Land 3. It looks like an umbrella with a single foot, one large eye and a mouth, wearing a Japanese wooden sandal known as geta. Jumpershoot looks similar to, but has more body parts than Drifter. It is the only mid-boss to date that grants the Parasol ability when inhaled.

Jumpershoot has two attacks: one is by spinning about with its top open and moving about the screen. Its second attack is kicking off its sandal, which will remain on the ground if it misses Kirby, and the only way Kirby can defeat it is by inhaling the sandal and performing the Star Spit. Because Jumpershoot randomly chooses between the two attacks and can take multiple hits, the fight, while not particularly difficult, can potentially last a very long time.

Etymology
