Infiltrate the Junk Factory! is the twenty-fifth stage in Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. It is the first stage of Purple Fortress. It succeeds The Claykken's Sea of Fire and precedes Kirby + Kirby.

General Information

Kirby enters a building complex constructed in a junkyard. To traverse it, the pink puff must unlock gates with keys, speed through Suction Pipes, and open other gates by activating Sensor Fields; if any character or object enters one such field, the nearest gate(s) will open for a few seconds. The junk factory is crawling with Shockcreepas, electrical enemies that are constantly on the move. Kirby must avoid them while simultaneously taking advantage of them, using their movements to keep gates open.

Treasures

The following items are contained in this stage's Treasure Chests:

Trivia

  • "Studying the Factory," a music track from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, may have been included as a treasure in this stage as a reference to Infiltrate the Junk Factory!'s industrial setting.
