Haley is an enemy that appears in Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. It resembles a small hedgehog with glowing blue quills that appear to be ablaze, and is usually spotted soaring through the skies of more mountainous regions of the Mirror World. Haley's behavior is not particularly notable - it doesn't target Kirby while it zooms across the screen, and won't harm him unless the two collide. Haleys can move through water, but it does so at half speed. It yields no Copy Ability.

Etymology

Haley's name and appearance are derived from Halley's Comet.

Its Japanese name is a pun on Halley's Comet and the Japanese words for needle (針 hari) and hedgehog (ハリネズミ/針鼠 harinezumi).
