Francisca is a boss that appears in Kirby Star Allies.
General Information
Francisca appears similar to Susie, with disembodied hands and long, albeit blue, hair parted to her right. She has no nose, and her eyes more resemble Kirby's as opposed to being one color, but still maintaining eyelashes. She carries a scepter with her, topped with a snowflake design, a wears a dark purple beret with a bat-like symbol in front, possibly associated with the game's main antagonist.
Etymology
Francisca is the feminine form of Francisco, which is derived from the Middle Latin Franciscus (a Frenchman), which is from Francus (a Frank, a freeman), the root of which is the Old French franc (free). This may foreshadow that Francisca betrays the antagonist of Kirby Star Allies (becoming a free individual instead of working for someone else), and she also has a French accent.
