Forgo Zone is the thirty-ninth stage in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. It is the sixth stage in Isolated Isles: Forgo Dreams, which is also the dream version of Redgar Forbidden Lands. Its completion does not directly unlock the next stage Forgo Land, however it is necessary for Kirby to complete the stage as Kirby will have only 249 Leon's Soul Pieces at most after completing the last stage Forgo Wasteland. There are 51 Leon's Soul Pieces to collect in this stage.

- "Scattered Souls across Isolated Isles," the music that plays in Forgo Zone, is a remix of "Another Dimension," the music played in dimensional rifts from Kirby's Return to Dream Land. It was first heard in the game's Nintendo eShop demo. The track is also re-used in Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe in stages similar to dimensional rifts in Magolor Epilogue: The Interdimensional Traveler.
