Batafire is a mid-boss in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. It gives the Burning ability when inhaled.
Physical Appearance[]
Batafire is a large bat that is in the shape of a fireball. It has two large orange bat wings, small pointy red ears, and a small cat-like face in the middle of its body.

Batafire constantly flies in the air and has three different attacks. It can float to the center and release a bunch of fireballs, it can swoop from one side of the arena to the other, or it can descend to ground level and charge forward. Upon its defeat, Batafire grants the Burning ability.
Batafire appears in Rainbow Route in the bottom left Goal room, in Moonlight Mansion in the bottom right Goal room, and in Mustard Mountain two rooms before the boss room (fought only if the player takes the route directly to the left after fighting Shadow Kirby; moving the Heave-Ho Block and entering the mirror behind it lets the player avoid Batafire entirely). Batafire also is part of the Mid-Boss All Stars group with Boxy and Master Hand.
