Evolved Copy Abilities, sometimes called Evolved Abilities or simply Evolutions, are more powerful upgrades for existing Copy Abilities, debuting in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. They make the ability stronger and change Kirby's look with the ability being used. They can only be evolved by using Star Coins and Rare Stones at the Weapons Shop in Waddle Dee Town. With the exception of Volcano Fire and Chakram Cutter, Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee will also need a Blueprint for the Copy Ability in question.
Most of the regular Copy Abilities have 2 evolutions, but Sword and Hammer have 3, while Sleep and Crash have 1.
After clearing the main story, any Copy Abilities' and Evolved Copy Abilities' Power can be powered up with Star Coins and Rare Stones; the exceptions are Sleep and Deep Sleep, as they do not have any Power.
