Dried-up Sea has a flat ground and three floating platforms. One platform is in the middle, while the other two are higher up at the sides. On each side of the stage are three fan mechanisms created by the [[Haltmann Works Company]], which act as the hazards of the stage. Every now and then, one group of fans will activate and create a small breeze that pushes the players away to the opposite side. Then, the opposite group of fans will create a faster gust of wind, and subsequently afterwards, the original group that activated will blow a fast wind as well. The music track that plays in the stage is "Dried-Up Sea," the theme for the first two stages of Gigabyte Grounds. A remix of the music piece can also be unlocked for the stage once the player has achieved Fighters Rank 84.
