Dedede Gogogo is a sub-game in Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn, starring King Dedede as the main character. It features stages where King Dedede quickly races across, collecting beads and destroying obstacles in the way.
Gameplay[]
Dedede Gogogo features four stages, however only the first one is unlocked by default. The other stages are unlocked by progressing through story. A new stage is unlocked after beating every other level, starting with Grass Land. Upon entering a stage, a three second countdown will play before giving control to the player. By default, Dedede will walk forward, and pressing right on the +Control Pad or Circle Pad will cause Dedede to dash. Dedede can jump over obstacles by pressing A; use his Giant Dedede Swing to destroy blocks, defeat enemies, and interact with bead bells by pressing B; and use his Head Slide to duck under obstacles by pressing down on the +Control Pad or Circle Pad.
The player is ranked based on the amount of Fuse Beads collected, which are each 1 point, Luminas collected, which are each 50 points, and time remaining, which is 10 points per second. The possible ranks are C, B, A, and S. Each rank obtained will give the player a new mat to use. The player can use the Fuse Beads and mats collected to craft furniture items.
Mats[]
Depending on the rank obtained, the player can obtain up to four mats per stage. These mats are used alongside Fuse Beads to make furniture items.

- Dedede Gogogo appears to be largely based on Poochy Dash, a runner mini-game added as Nintendo 3DS-exclusive content in Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World. The aforementioned game and Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn are both ports of console games for the 3DS developed by Good-Feel.
