The Decisive Battlefield is an otherworldly area in the Dream Kingdom that serves as the sixth level of Team Kirby Clash Deluxe and Super Kirby Clash. It also appears in Kirby Fighters 2, as the stage where players fight Shadow Kirby.
Physical Appearance[]
The Decisive Battlefield is a cosmic location with rocky ground. The land is ablaze, though this does not affect gameplay. A ruined structure is settled in the distance. In the background, a planet appears to be surrounded by a circular vortex, and giant stones revolve around it. This background changes from different shades of blue to purple. The area appears to be an apocalyptic version of the Castle Village, as evidenced by the ruins of what appear to be the Quest Board and the Shoppe, as well as a tower and pieces of the fence.
The alternate theme, used in Toughest: The True Final Battle, Super+: Parallel Nightmare's Revenge, and Super+: King D-Mind's Revenge, changes the area drastically. The vortex moves from the left side of the screen to right and is much closer to the land. The rocky ground is purple and no longer flaming. The ruins are gone, instead replaced with colorful, small stellated dodecahedrons. These prisms, coupled with the symbols that float through the air, suggest that the Decisive Battlefield is located in or around Another Dimension.

In Kirby Fighters 2, this stage is only exclusive to fighting Shadow Kirby during the final round in Single-Handed Mode and during Floor 20 of Chapter 4 and Floors 25 and 45 of the Final Chapter in Story Mode: The Destined Rivals.

- This is the only stage in Kirby Fighters 2 that is not playable and is exclusive to Shadow Kirby fights.
- This mirrors the recurring stage in the Super Smash Bros. series, Final Destination, another flat stage in another dimension. Notably, the first appearance of Final Destination, Super Smash Bros., had the stage exclusive to the 1P mode, for the the final boss fight, similar to how the Decisive Battlefield is used as the final stage of Single-Handed Mode, and is also used for the final boss of said mode. However, the Decisive Battlefield also appears in Story Mode: The Destined Rivals; there is no Adventure Mode in Super Smash Bros.
