Cyclod is a regular enemy in Kirby's Epic Yarn and its remake, Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn. He simply walks around. A Cyclod is always one of the competitors in racing levels.

Kirby's Epic Yarn and Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn

If a Cyclod spots Kirby or Prince Fluff, he will charge at them. If he collides with one of them, the attack will send them flying.

Sub-Species

Etymology

Cyclod's name is likely a portmanteau of "Cyclops," referencing the fact that it only has one eye; and "clod," referring to the fact that it unwisely charges at anyone it sees. Clod is also a cognate of the Dutch word "klodde," which refers to a rag, relating to the yarn and fabric theme of the game.

Its Japanese name, マルゾー (Maruzō), comes from まる (maru), which is associated with round things, referencing its round (and bare) head.
