Covered Looker is a large enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby: Planet Robobot. It cannot be inhaled.
Physical Appearance[]
Covered Looker is a machine with a smooth teal coat of metal on its exterior. It has a smooth face on the front and a long point on its back. Its face has triangle of three yellow blaster tips on it. The face is often covered by a three-piece shield with a red ring painted on it.
Games[]
Kirby: Planet Robobot[]
Covered Looker appears exclusively inside research facilities and Access Ark. It first appears in Stage 3 of Overload Ocean. The enemy acts as a security device for the Haltmann Works Company. It floats around in the air, vertically or horizontally, in its armored state. After a few seconds, Covered Looker stops, uncovers its blasters, charges a large energy ball, releases it, and retreats back into its armor. If Kirby is in front of the enemy, its energy ball loosely homes onto him.
When in its armored state, Covered Looker is immune to Kirby's attacks. It is only vulnerable when its armor is off. If Covered Looker is in its armored state when Kirby's Robobot Armor or Meta Knight's sword attacks it, the enemy becomes vulnerable and momentarily paralyzed.
Trivia[]
- Covered Looker is similar to the enemy Metal Guardian from Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. Both are metal enemies that float through the air and fire energy-based projectiles.
