Checker Knights (Checkknight in Japan) is a course in Kirby's Air Ride. It is often considered the most difficult and complex course in the game. The secondary music track that plays here is the theme of Green Greens, and the original track later appeared as a song in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Kirby racing through Checker Knights
Checker Knights is a surreal area located somewhere in Dream Land. The course mainly takes place on a checkerboard with somewhat medieval-styled castles among other structures. about one third of the way through the track, the racecourse goes through a a dark city scape illuminated by neon lights, which seemingly takes place under the ocean. The course has almost every enemy in the game in it, and has many twists and turns. Because of this, and the fact that it goes through many different types of terrain and has many obstacles, it is considered the hardest track in the game.
