Chapter 1 is the first chapter of Revenge of Meta Knight, a sub-game appearing in Kirby Super Star and its remake.

General Information[]

Chapter 1 starts with Kirby flying onto the Halberd by riding his Warp Star. The crew panics due to Kirby's arrival, and they rush to initiate take-off. On the exterior of the Halberd, there are numerous Scarfys, Laser Balls, and Gims. Upon entering the rocket valve, Kirby is confronted by some of the Meta-Knights. After exiting the rocket valve, Heavy Lobster appears in order to halt Kirby's progress. While Heavy Lobster can be defeated, it is not required, as the Halberd will take off after a certain period of time, blowing Kirby into the ocean.

Trivia[]

When Kirby is flying in on his Warp Star at the very beginning, he passes by many enemies, one of which is a Wheelie; upon landing, the player can backtrack. In Kirby Super Star, Kirby won't be able to reach this Wheelie (which is programmed to charge at Kirby if he gets too close) because the camera won't pan to its location, which is up on a ledge.^[1] In Kirby Super Star Ultra, however, the camera does allow for the player to reach this Wheelie and thus obtain the Wheel ability. This is a rare instance where the obtainable abilities are different between versions (the other is against Combo Cannon, where its cannonballs give Yo-Yo in Kirby Super Star and Bomb in the remake).
