Bumber (Laquer in Japan) is a regular enemy from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. He is a round orange being with a purple and violet parasol sticking out of his head.
Bumber has yet to appear in the series since Kirby 64, although similar enemies such as Sasuke have.
