Bulby is a plant enemy that appears only in Kirby's Return to Dream Land. It is a bulb-shaped enemy, similar to a radish, but has two beady eyes that sets it apart from any ordinary vegetable. Like Clayn, this creature stays buried in the ground until something comes near, where it pops out of the ground. However, the Bulby makes a concentrated effort to attack Kirby and his teammates, hopping after them. When swallowed, this enemy grants Kirby the Leaf ability. It looks visually similar to Leafan, but uses a different attack strategy (which is shooting bubbles of pollen from its flower at Kirby),but Bulby and Leafan also yield the same copy ability.
