Booboo is an enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby Mass Attack.
Physical Appearance
Booboo is a red pig-like creature with diminutive ears, tiny pink feet, and a snout-like mouth. It looks just like its icy counterpart, Hoohoo.

Kirby Mass Attack
Booboo appears exclusively in Stage 1 of Volcano Valley. It attacks by spewing fire at the Kirbys. If any Kirbys touch it, they catch fire, which can only be cured by wading in a source of water. If they do not douse themselves quickly, they disintegrate. Booboo can be defeated by several Kirbys or a repeated attacks by one.
Like other fiery enemies in Volcano Valley, it is extremely vulnerable to water of all kinds. When hydrated, it turns light blue and becomes stunned. It can then be defeated in less than a second by a single Kirby.
Etymology
Its name comes from the Japanese onomatopoeia for fire, ボー (bō).
