Bobin is an enemy in Kirby's Dream Land 3, first appearing in Ripple Field 1 and thereafter in other aquatic stages. It gives the Spark ability when inhaled.
Physical Appearance
Bobin is a fish with an elliptical, multicolored body; the color scheme is purple on top, blue-greenish in the middle, and white on the bottom. On either side of its body is a light gray fin, but there is nothing on its back. On its face, Bobin has a red, gaping mouth and two small, black eyes.

Kirby's Dream Land 3
Before Kirby approaches, Bobin swims around aimlessly. Once Kirby draws near, however, Bobin will pursue Kirby through the water, and if Kirby is standing on a platform above the water, it will leap out onto the land and chase him with big leaps. Either way, Bobin will soon stop moving and charge up its attack. When ready, it will shoot an electric spark from its mouth at Kirby that travels in a straight line. After it does this, if in the water, Bobin will then swim around before shooting another spark; however, if it is on land, Bobin will jump back into the water to repeat the cycle.

- Bobin resembles Kine, except for its lack of a dorsal fin and its different color scheme.
