Giant Gordo is a large version of Gordo that appears as a fairly common enemy in Kirby Mass Attack and Kirby's Return to Dream Land. It appears in the following stages: Stage 5 of Sandy Canyon, Stage 3 of Dedede Resort, and Stage 5 of Volcano Valley.

Behavior

Giant Gordo's behavior and role differs from stage to stage. Here's a list of Giant Gordo's appearances and behavior in each.

Sandy Canyon

In this area, Giant Gordos float through the air and appear as obstacles. The Kirbys have to avoid letting the balloon ride touch them as they will pop one balloon from the total number of balloons used to keep the ride floating. If all the balloons are popped, it will result in an automatic game over.

Dedede Resort

Giant Gordos, once again, appear as obstacles in this stage. They are littered everywhere in the sea and must be avoided. Each time the star ride hits one, a Kirby will get instantly KO'ed and cannot be brought back.

Volcano Valley

Giant Gordo changes alomost entirely in this stage. This time, only one Giant Gordo is present and its appearance in this area is much more physical. When the Kirbys are turning the wheel to support the elevator, Giant Gordo will appear sometime later and try to hit the Kirbys, so they'll have to pause and continue once Giant Gordo has passed by.
