In various levels of Kirby's Adventure and its remake, there is a bonus room where Kirby can fight a mini-boss. Kirby can get a Maxim Tomato after defeating the mini-boss and or eat it for its ability.

2. Ice Cream Island- Mr. Frosty (Freeze)
3. Butter Building- Grand Wheelie (Wheel)
4. Grape Garden- Bugzzy (Backdrop)
5. Yogurt Yard- Bonkers (Hammer)
6. Orange Ocean- Fire Lion (Burning)
7. Rainbow Resort- None (No Arena is present in the Rainbow Resort lobby)
