How is that princess Kirby?

Touch screen storage, ability scrolls, treasure, being able to affect the environment of the levels, fighting over the treasures with The Squeaks, the Ghost ability, Elemental Sword, Elemental Bomb, and the Bubble ability all seem pretty new and interesting to me.

I think they built it from an already wrecked Nova. Also I don't see how the blueprint, assuming they made it themselves, could survive that explosion.
