Time really does fly by, huh?
I've been thinking about the good old times here a lot lately, and this place was one of the first real online experiences and friends I ever had, and I just want to say... thank you. Thank you for all of those incredible memories we all made together. I will NEVER forget them, ever. You guys inspired me so much and encouraged me and helped shape me into the person I am today.
It's so weird how so much can change in such a seemingly short amount of time. I've improved so much, mentally, as a person in general, artwise, we all have! I know I don't talk to you all much, but I felt like I just wanted to do something nice for you all. As a thank you for everything. I even used the older designs I remember first seeing of the characters as a callback to those days
And of course, if you were on the wiki back then and you're not here, don't worry! You were also very important to me. A lot of you were. I LOVED talked to you all and I really do miss those days
I also wanted to tag everyone here and include a special little message for them too.
@Diff Juns I know you didn't want to be my friend anymore, and that's okay, I understand, that is completely valid, (I'm also genuinely sorry if it makes you uncomfortable for any reason that I drew her or anything aa) but it just felt wrong to make a drawing commemorating all of the wonderful memories here without you yknow? You were one of the first and closest friends I had here, so I couldn't just leave out such a big part from my times here. I looked up to you and a lot of other people on this wiki, and you even helped me get the courage to write my own fanfictions! You gave such good advice too, and I miss you a lot
@Poddee I want you to know that you, Blue, Diff, and so many of the other artists here really encouraged me with my art, and I wanted to be just as good as you guys were. Your art still floors me to this day! I remember all of the fun times we had together, gushing about characters and whatnot. I hope that one day maybe the wiki will be like how it used to be, if you know what I mean, heh
@BlueAquaCat I also want you to know that you were, too, just such an amazing person to be around. You helped me cheer up when I was down, give good advice, you bring smiles to people's faces. And your art is incredible too! I loved laughing with you and hanging out on your streams. To be completely honest, I was going to do separate gifts for you and Jama and Vee for your graduation and their birthdays, so I guess you kinda helped inspire this I guess!
@Void Termina the Destroyer and @Jamabastion Hyness 99 You two helped inspire me a lot for my series' and writing, and I really liked your character designs. I remember being so interested in hearing about where you guys were from, and you guys were genuinely fun people to be around. And, as mentioned in Blue's message, you two also helped inspire this gift! I know we don't talk much, but you still do mean a lot to me as for everyone else I mentioned here
To think my long journey here all just started from posting dumb switch meme edits here. Sometimes, I like to look at the old posts here and remember all the good times.
And if anybody thinks this is a type of goodbye post or anything, don't worry, this is FAR from goodbye.
So with all that said, here's to another wonderful few years of Kirby Wiki :)
