For PC I use Clip Studio Paint

FireAlpaca since 2018, however I'm slowly trying to use Clip Studio Paint more and maybe try out Krita in the future. FireAlpaca and Krita is free and open source if you want to check these out, though I believe the former's only available on PC, and I'm not familiar with other art softwares on other devices.
